Our Story
Advanced Pediatric Care Center Inc. was born from a simple, heartfelt mission: to provide a safe, nurturing, and happy space where children with complex medical needs can thrive.
Our founder, Jessika, a dedicated nurse since 2013, envisioned a center where her more than 10 years of pediatric experience could translate into the highest quality of care.
We are committed to treating every child and family with the genuine compassion and respect they deserve.
How to Enroll
The first step is to call us to schedule a tour of our center and an initial assessment for your child.
After your visit, we will help you complete the necessary enrollment forms and request medical records from your child’s doctors.
Once all records are received, our team creates an individualized plan of care based on your child’s unique medical needs.
This plan is then signed by your child’s pediatrician, and we send all documents to Medicaid for final approval.
What We Do: A PPEC Daycare
As a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center, we are a special type of outpatient facility designed for medically complex children from birth through age 20. This model allows your child to receive continual skilled nursing care and a full suite of developmental therapies—all prescribed by your child’s doctor—in a warm, non-residential setting.
We welcome children with a range of conditions, including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, seizure disorders, G-tube dependence, and those recovering from prematurity.

Our Commitment to Excellence
Your child’s health and happiness are at the center of everything we do. Our expert clinical team includes experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and CNAs/HHAs who assist with daily living activities, alongside a full range of therapists.
To ensure personalized attention and safety, we strictly maintain a low nurse-to-patient ratio of 1-to-6. Our holistic approach combines this expert medical oversight with vital therapies to support your child’s overall development.

Serving Our Community
We are dedicated to serving families in our home community of Tamarac, as well as North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and surrounding areas. As a dedicated PPEC provider, all of our comprehensive services are fully covered for eligible children with Medicaid. To make care even more accessible, we provide safe, reliable door-to-door transportation, covered by Medicaid up to 60 miles each way. Our drivers are CPR-certified, and our vans are wheelchair-accessible, guaranteeing a secure and comfortable ride.
