With over 10 years of pediatric experience, our staff is able to provide top quality nursing care to medically complex children with medical conditions like Seizures, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Hydrocephaly, Congenital Heart Defect, Pleural Effusion, G-tube dependent, Prematurity, Dysphagia, etc.
Our goal is to ensure child safety while helping our children get stronger and happier, and achieve full rehabilitation potential.

Who is Eligible?
All Medicaid covered children between 0 and 21 years of age that need some type of skilled nursing care qualify to go to a PPEC.
Children that need medication administration, administration of enteral feedings (G-tube, NG tube), children with uncontrolled epilepsy, children that have tracheostomy and need trach care, premature babies with heart and pulmonary conditions, and many other medical conditions.
How to Enroll
Call to schedule a tour and initial assessment of your child.
After completing the initial assessment and tour, enrollment forms are completed and medical records are requested from all medical facilities the child attends.
Once all medical records are received, an individualized plan of care is created based on the child’s medical needs.
Once the plan of care is signed by the child’s pediatrician, all documents are sent to Medicaid or Insurance Company for approval.

We offer safe and reliable door-to-door transportation for enrolled children, including transportation to and from medical appointments. Our vans are wheelchair-accessible, and our drivers are CPR-certified, ensuring your child’s comfort and safety every step of the way.
