Inside our welcoming pediatric medical daycare in Tamarac, we use art therapy for kids to foster self-esteem and emotional growth across our full age spectrum. It is a calm and enjoyable process where the focus is on creative exploration rather than the final product, allowing every child to feel successful.

Our Art Therapy Program Focuses On:

• Our creative expression therapy encourages children to explore their emotions and experiences through painting, drawing, and sculpting.
• The process of therapeutic art making can help improve fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and focus in a relaxed setting.

A Partnership in Your Child’s Care:

• Our therapists create a judgment-free zone where children can create, supported by our nursing team of RNs and LPNs who ensure a safe environment with a 1:6 maximum child ratio.
• We often share a child’s artistic journey with parents, providing insights into their emotional and developmental progress.

Accessible and Supportive Services:

• We offer our creative art therapy program to families throughout Tamarac, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and the surrounding region.
• This valuable therapy is included within our comprehensive PPEC services, which are fully covered for eligible children by Medicaid.
